Hearts & Voices returned to DC on September 23

On Friday, September 23, 2011, Lifebeat’s Hearts & Voices Program, in partnership with the Whitman Walker Health and Al Sura, Inc., presented its fourth concert in Washington, DC. The performance featured DC based singer/songwriter Alison Carney. The show was fantastic! Interactive and engaging.
