For the second year in a row, Electric Daisy Carnival, one of the biggest Electronic Music Festivals in the US is stopping in New York City on its way to Las Vegas. Lifebeat will be there on Friday, May 17th and Saturday, May 18th interacting with festival goers and handing out free condoms and educational materials. Lifebeat and Burton Snowboards have partnered up on an exclusive line of women’s snowboards for winter 2014. Burton’s 2014 women’s Lip-Stick Restricted snowboard is at the heart of the partnership and features iconic female hip-hop group and longtime Lifebeat supporters, Salt-N-Pepa.

Debuting on January 31st  at the SIA Snow Show in Denver, Pepa and a representative from Lifebeat made a special appearance at the Burton booth to promote the collaboration and create awareness around the organization.

The boards will be available at select specialty retailers and Burton Flagship stores in early September 2013. For a first glimpse of this exciting new collaboration, check out the attached image of the 2014 Burton Lip-Stick featuring Salt-N-Pepa.
