About Lifebeat’s Tour Outreach Program

Lifebeat’s Tour Outreach program puts an emphasis on providing youth with accurate, age-appropriate information about HIV and AIDS, how to reduce or eliminate risk factors, how to talk with a potential partner about risk factors and how to negotiate safer sex, where to get tested for HIV / STIs; and how to use a condom correctly. Lifebeat selects tours and artists that draw our primary target audience: youth from 13 to 29.

For 22 years, Lifebeat’s Tour Outreach program and partner AIDS Service Organizations (ASOs) have been on the front lines serving hundreds of thousands of at-risk youth at concert venues, music festivals and clubs throughout U.S.  Lifebeat has toured with Ozzfest, Rock The Bells, Lollapalooza, Dave Matthews Band, U2, Coldplay, Beyoncé, Madonna, John Mayer, Shakira, and many more.
